A. SHIPPING COSTS

- Expedited Shipping: Starting at $15.99 USD
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING, AND ORDER CUTOFF TIMES
Generally, shipments take 10 to 15 days to arrive (Monday to Friday). The order cutoff time is 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York), and order processing typically takes 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7-14 business days.

D. CHANGING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Once your order is in transit, we are unable to alter the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@resosports.com.
E. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number, enabling you to monitor its progress until it reaches your doorstep.
F. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have a change of heart before receiving your order, we accept cancellations at any time before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. PARCELS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
If you discover that a parcel has sustained damage during transit, if possible, we recommend refusing the parcel when presented by the courier and promptly getting in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please contact customer service for guidance on the next steps.
